130 to 250 degrees
The burning point of grilling paper is between 130 and 250 degrees. 12
Grilling paper, also known as barbecue paper, is made of wood pulp coated with silicone on both sides. It has the characteristics of non-stick, waterproof, oil-proof and high heat resistance (230℃), which makes it suitable for baking, grilling, steaming and freezing food. Despite these excellent properties, grilling paper still has a burning point between 130 and 250 degrees. This means that if the temperature of the oven reaches or exceeds this range, the grilling paper may burn.
The temperature of a home oven is generally between 90 and 230 degrees, which means that the paper put into the oven is likely to burn. Therefore, when using ordinary paper such as A4 printing paper for baking, due to the low burning point of these papers (generally between 130-255℃), once the temperature reaches the burning point of the paper, the paper will burn. To avoid this, it is recommended to use specially designed grilling paper for grilling or baking to ensure safety.
